My mother called me at the office today. The following conversation took place:

Maarit: I got a reminder from your office.
Kati: Uhuh...
M: But I've paid the invoice ages ago.
K: Uhuh...
M: I might've used the wrong reference number, though.
K: Uhuh...
M: So what do I do?
K: What do you usually do when you get an reminder in a similar situation?
M: (sounding like she wanted to say 'well, d'uh!) I call their customer service and sort it out!
K: The number to our customer service is in the reminder.
M: Uhuh....
